Ayon 200 Film Recipe - Yellow Tones That Shape Each Story

Ayon 200 - a bold yellow-heavy film simulation
Ayon 200 is a one of a kind film simulation. It leans into a bold, yellow-heavy palette for a striking, cinematic feel. With deep monochrome yellows and strong contrast, Ayon 200 is easily in my top five favorites.
What makes Ayon 200 special is how it transforms everyday scenes. A simple street corner, a quiet landscape— become strikingly sun-drenched. It really suited the landscape and heat of Italy.
It kind of reminds of the bar scene in Chungking Express, by Wong Kar-wai - the use of amber in that scene evokes a gritty, yet emotional space.

It also makes me think of The Double Life of Véronique - the amber tones contribute to the film's ethereal, dreamlike quality. Here, the warm colors emphasize the introspective, surreal atmosphere of the film.
It also bares a resemblace to Breaking Bad - the scenes here are infused with a dry, sunbaked amber glow that complements the harsh desert landscape. The yellows and oranges here mimic the feeling of heat and high tension.
Point is, all three movies use a similar color scheme to evoke a specific feeling. And you can do that with Ayon 200 as well. It's a super versatile recipe - you can use it for portraits, travel, architecture, or still life—if you’re drawn to golden hues and bold contrast, this one’s a must-try.
